The Personal Data Officer will respond to your ARCO Request and the reasons for your decision by email within a maximum period of 20 business days from the day your ARCO Request was received.

If the ARCO Request is answered affirmatively or appropriately, the requested changes will be made within a maximum period of 15 business days. If you request access to your personal data, the Data Controller will inform you by email in which we communicate our response to your request, the means by which you will be given access to your information if appropriate. The Responsible Party may notify you within the deadlines referred to in this paragraph of the extension of the same, for a single time, for a period equal to the original.

The Responsible Party may deny access (the “Denial”) for you to exercise your ARCO Rights, in cases permitted by law, so they must inform you of the reason for such decision.

The Denial may be partial, in which case the Responsible Party will grant access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the appropriate party.

The exercise of ARCO Rights will be free of charge. You must cover the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats and, where appropriate, the cost of certifying documents.

If you consider that your rights to protect your personal data have been injured by any conduct of our employees or our actions or responses, or you presume that in the processing of your personal data there is a violation of the provisions of the Law, you can file the corresponding complaint or complaint with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).
